Minmo v0.5.6 Release

Minmo v0.5.6 is live with a new path for accepting Bitcoin payments and a more connected operating experience across wallets, swaps, escrow, and Partner tools.

This release introduces Minmo Pay, makes wallet amounts easier to enter in the units a team actually uses, and brings more live activity into the Console and Swap Links. It also gives developers one Minmo SDK for building against the same Partner, Pay, wallet, OTC, and escrow workflows used across Minmo.

Accept Bitcoin with Minmo Pay

Minmo Pay connects a BTCPay store to a Minmo wallet so payments can settle directly into the selected wallet over Lightning. When the integration is enabled for a Partner, a store can be created, connected to a wallet, and used to issue hosted checkout invoices without handing BTCPay credentials to the Partner application.

API keys can be limited to read-only or read-write Pay access, while the Minmo SDK provides the store, invoice, and event operations an integration needs. Invoice updates are tied to the store and Partner that owns them, and repeated creation requests can be handled without producing duplicate invoices.

Payment state also stays connected after checkout. Minmo records Pay activity from BTCPay webhooks and reconciles open invoices against the provider, giving integrations a durable event trail while keeping BTCPay as the source of truth for settlement.

Follow operations as they change

Wallet, swap, Pay, and escrow activity now use a shared durable event path. In the Partner Console, those events prompt a fresh authoritative read of the affected data, so balances, transactions, stores, invoices, swaps, and escrow records can move forward without depending on a manual refresh.

Swap Links now use live swap events in place of repeated polling. The shared event client also recovers after a connection interruption, suppresses duplicates, and signals when a complete resync is needed. That makes the experience calmer for customers following a swap and more dependable for Partners monitoring several operations at once.

Enter wallet amounts in familiar units

Partners can now enter wallet amounts in sats, BTC, or their team display currency across sends, Lightning receive requests, wallet transfers, and stabilization. Equivalent values remain visible while the underlying request stays precise in sats.

Wallet sends can also draw on a stable balance when conversion is needed. Quotes account for the conversion and its fees, show an actionable maximum, and present balance warnings in the selected currency. The result is a clearer path from the amount a Partner intends to send to the amount the wallet can complete.

One consistent Partner workspace

The Console now runs its active wallet, Pay, escrow, dispute, OTC, and Partner-management workflows through the shared Minmo SDK. This work is mostly below the surface, but it matters in daily use: product areas share the same contracts, sensitive credentials remain on the server, and errors and live updates behave more consistently from one screen to the next.

Navigation has been tightened around that workspace too. Integrations sit alongside wallets, Minmo Pay and API keys are easier to find, and expandable sections keep the sidebar focused on the task at hand.

A leaner mobile and web experience

Minmo Mobile now keeps activity notifications aligned with current wallet and swap events and refreshes swap data when you return to the swap screen. Obsolete service paths and legacy Android automation have been removed, reducing duplicate work inside the app.

On the Minmo website, clearer product and tool pages, improved blog presentation, and direct Partner and Google Play calls to action make it easier to understand what Minmo offers and choose the right next step.
